Our story
Our story
OxMenti started with a simple observation: the person who just aced an exam is often the best person to teach it. So we connect students sitting A-Levels, the IB, Abitur, or Selectividad directly with current Oxford students who sat those exact papers a year or two ago — and remember exactly what it took. So we built the thing we wished existed: the preparation done before the lesson, by a tutor who sat your exam.

Our mission
To put a brilliant, been-there tutor within reach of any ambitious student — not just the ones who happen to know an Oxford student already.
Verified, not generated
We hold an indexed library of real exam material — specifications, past papers, mark schemes — sliced by exam system, subject and year. When we show you a clause of your syllabus, it's the board's own wording, verified against the document it came from.
If we can't verify it, we don't show it.

Tutored by Oxford. Built for your exam.

Vetting tutors is table stakes. Verifying every quoted clause against its source document is the discipline.
We build for one thing: the grade you walk out of that exam hall with.
Tutors who sat where you're sitting recently — and talk to you like it.
We measure ourselves by how our students do, not by numbers on a slide.
